SPIDER opens up for a call for evaluation of the program ICT Project Collaboration with Swedish partner universities 2004-2009.
Overall objectives of the evaluation
The evaluation will provide SPIDER with:
- a review of the results and effects of the funded projects as part of the program “ICT Collaboration Projects with Swedish Partner Universities 2004-2009”
- a review of the administration and management of the program
- a review of the alignment to the former Sida/SAREC-support to researchers within ICT for development
- recommendations for a continuation based on the assessment of the effectiveness of the program, and
- suggestions on how the program can better support SPIDER overall objectives and better utilize existing budget allocations
